The Banyan Wellness CenterOffering Massage, Holistic and Wellbeing therapies providing spiritual, emotional and physical well-being
to people in and around the local area, also offering courses, workshops and support groups that run throughout the year.
The centre is situated over three floors of a recently refurbished property on Manchester Road.
Just yards from the town centre, we benefit from parking opportunities on Pleasant Place around
at the rear of the building and on the surrounding roads.
As well as being within walking distance from Manchester Rd train station, there are also several bus stops within metres of us.
Having been recently renovated to a high standard, the centre can be described as
modern, with a cosy, relaxing environment, where clients, upon entering are able to immediately feel relaxed and at ease,
thereby enabling them to gain the most out of their treatments and experiences at The Banyan Wellness Center.
Each treatment room is fully equipped for the individual needs of each practitioner and are also private
so that each client may feel confident and secure in their individual consultations.
Although The Banyan Wellness Center is newly established the therapists, practitioners and counsellors working with us
have many years’ experience within their fields and are all fully qualified and registered with the relevant
professional bodies.
We are currently able to provide a wide range of treatments and therapies but are always looking to add more, bringing on-board new
therapists and practices all the time.
We do not describe our therapies as ‘alternative’ as there is no strict dividing line between the therapies
we offer and those provided by conventional medicine.
Complementary therapies can and often do work effectively alongside orthodox treatments.
Many hospitals in the UK now actively refer patients suffering from conditions as diverse as IBS, ME, MS, Cancer,
Fibromyalgia, Scoliosis, Stress, Weight loss and Back pain.
Increasingly GP surgeries are also introducing therapies such as acupuncture albeit on a limited basis.
If you would like advice on choosing the most appropriate therapy,
please contact our centre manager to arrange a consultation for you and provide
information on different therapies and treatments available.
There is no charge for this assessment.
The therapy and treatment rooms we use are also available to hire out to anyone
wishing to practice their therapies with us.
We also hire out our workshop room to groups or for anyone looking to run a small class, course or workshop.
